Lead infrastructure and reliability efforts as a hands-on software engineer, strengthening security and scaling cloud systems for rapid growth. Own the reliability practice and set technical direction for infrastructure across the engineering organization. What you'll do - Build out security infrastructure early on to support customers with demanding compliance needs. - Redesign cloud, container orchestration and infrastructure-as-code architecture to handle significant growth in usage and data volume. - Take ownership of reliability and observability, including service level objectives, alerting, incident response and postmortems. - Write production-quality code and automation that reduces repetitive manual work and operational risk. - Work closely with engineering leadership and a small platform team to set infrastructure direction.
