Take charge of enterprise client projects from the first discovery sessions through launch, pairing hands-on technical work with senior-level project leadership. The position combines solution delivery, stakeholder communication and time at client sites, and turns field experience into more repeatable ways of working.\nWhat you'll do\n- Lead a major client project from start to finish, managing planning, milestones, schedules and regular updates to executives.\n- Run discovery with senior leaders and day-to-day operators to map how they work, understand their information and exceptions, and set scope, priorities and measures of success.\n- Partner with founders and engineers to deploy, extend and improve the core platform.\n- Write code, build integrations and early prototypes using client information, and troubleshoot complex enterprise environments to test ideas fast.\n- Guide each deployment from kickoff through launch, user training and adoption, with on-site presence at the client early in each project.\n- Convert lessons from the field into reusable templates, tooling and stronger delivery practices that scale to future clients.\nRequirements\nWhat we're looking for\n- Roughly 4 to 10 years across software development and technical client-facing delivery.\n- A degree in computer science or a related engineering field, or hands-on experience in a technical role such as engineering, solutions or data.\n- Background at a startup, a leading technology firm or a top-tier consulting firm.\n- Proven record of personally driving a complex client implementation, including updating executives, negotiating scope tradeoffs and delivering difficult messages.\n- Strong command of software systems, APIs and data, able to dig into client information and plan integration work alongside engineers.\n- Experience writing and releasing software yourself, in Python, TypeScript or a comparable language.\n- Confidence presenting to senior leaders and making progress amid ambiguous requirements and imperfect data.\n- Availability for client-site travel during the opening weeks of each project.\n- Living in, or ready to relocate to, the San Francisco Bay Area or New York City for in-person work.\nBonus points\n- Experience shipping production-grade code.\n- Experience in a forward-deployed or client-embedded engineering role.\n- Familiarity with older enterprise systems and widely used cloud or data platforms.\n- Past experience as a founder or founding engineer.\nBenefits\nCompensation and benefits\n-
