The role oversees multiple teams responsible for application development, modification, and maintenance. Possessing in-depth knowledge of solution architecture, development tools, and programming languages, along with strong people management skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with business partners, the individual will drive technical excellence and strategic initiatives to support organizational goals.\nQualifications\nLead multiple teams of specialized developers and analysts and be responsible for growing the team, maturing processes, adhering to service level objectives and agreements, project management activities, and resource management across multiple geographic locations.\n\nCoach and develop the team to draw the best performance out of each team member and push them to grow and stretch their skills and abilities.\n\nStrong experience with all phases of SDLC lifecycle. Hands-on experience as a technical leader with Java, Full stack Development, Spring, SQL, Integration Frameworks, Micro services, Automation, Cloud journeys, Solution architecture.\n\nProven ability to lead and scale AI adoption within Agile/DevOps teams, with measurable impact on velocity, cycle time, and quality.\n\nOrganize production support activities across multiple time zones.\n\nWork with our business partners to understand requirements, design IT solutions and ensure they meet the business needs balanced with a pragmatic approach to design.\n\nEnsure that the team maintains high performance, maintainability, and quality standards for software.\n\nInfluence the prioritization of business unit technology projects, optimal project structure and project administration to ensure strategic business objectives are met and risk is managed.\n\nFocus on workforce management to accurately capture IT resource capacity involving resources (internal and/or external), processes and practices.\n\nDevelop and maintain development methodology and ensures all team members understand their responsibilities in this process.\n\nWork a non-standard schedule including nights and weekends and have on call responsibilities (primary contact for any issue in the area)\n\nPreferred Skills:\nExperience building scalable Java/Spring Boot-based API platforms integrated with decision engines.\n\nExperience with monitoring and observability tools (Splunk or similar).\n\nExperience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and DevOps practices (CI/CD, Jenkins, Git).\n\nBackground in building user-centric, API-driven platforms with seamless digital experiences.\n\nProven ability to lead and scale AI adoption within Agile/DevOps teams, with measurable impact on velocity, cycle time, and quality.\n\nExperience mentoring teams and driving engineering best practices across decisioning, API, and data platforms.\n\n Education\nBachelor’s: Data Science, Bachelor’s: Information Technology, Bachelor’s (Required)Work Experience\nGeneral Experience - 10 to 15 years, Manager Experience - 6 to 10 yearsCertifications\nTravel\n Workstyle\nHybridThe total compensation for this position includes base salary or wages, andmay include components such as additional compensation (cash or equity), discretionary bonuses, or commissions.
