We offer a competitive benefits package and an environment for professional and personal development.\nBy joining us, you’re joining a team who cares!\nJob Description\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities\nServices daily client inquiries over the phone and in-person, including scheduling meetings and greeting clients\nWorks both independently and within a dynamic team environment to provide administrative support to the financial advisors and branch office\nOpens new client accounts, process money movement, and researches information as needed\nEnsures client paperwork and documentation is accurate prior to submission and processing. Follows up to ensure accurate completion\nPrepares letters, forms and reports to assist with servicing existing clients and prospecting for new clients\nPrepares various business summary reports and client-specific reporting as needed for review by the financial advisor\nCreates and maintains records and files utilizing Client Relationship Management (CRM) software\nActively engages in available training/cross-training and educational and/or professional development opportunities to remain current on industry policies and procedures\nPerforms other duties and responsibilities as assigned\nKnowledge, Skills, and Abilities\nKnowledge of\nCompany’s working structure, policies, mission, and strategies\nGeneral office practices, procedures, and methods\nBasic investment concepts, practices and procedures used in the securities industry\nFinancial markets, products and industry regulations\nSkill in\nClient Relationship Management (CRM) software\nMicrosoft Office\nEffective communication (in-person, virtual, phone and mail)\nAbility to\nOperate standard office equipment and using required software applications to produce correspondence, reports, electronic communication, spreadsheets, and databases\nAnalyze and research account information\nOrganize, manage, and track multiple, detailed tasks and assignments with frequently changing priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced, task-oriented work environment\nTake initiative and proactively follow up on submitted items to ensure completion; resolve errors, questions or concerns\nHandle stressful situations and provide a high level of customer service in a calm and professional manner\nAnalyze problems and establish solutions in a fast-paced environment\nUse mathematics sufficient to process account and transaction information\nUse appropriate interpersonal styles and communicate effectively\nWork both independently and as part of a team\nProvide a high level of customer service\nExperience Requirements\n3+ years of industry experience\nLicenses/Certifications\nSeries 7 preferred\nEducation Requirements\nBachelor's degree preferred\nWorkstyle: Onsite\nTravel: Less than 10% - which may include continuing education and conferences\nBenefits: Medical Insurance, Retirement, PTO\nMcLinden Financial and its employees are independent contractors with respect to Raymond James, not employees of Raymond James.
