Manages processes and projects of moderate scope and complexity. Guidance is provided to perform varied work that is somewhat difficult in character requiring some evaluation, originality and ingenuity to make moderately complex decisions. Routinely recommends solutions to complex problems. Regular contact with internal and external customers is required to obtain, clarify or provide facts and information related to branch compensation arrangements.\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities\nCreates and reviews loan agreements and ensures that they are calculated and administered correctly for recruited financial advisors. \nEnsures that loan and other information is accurately entered into utilized systems and databases.\nManages and reports on termed advisor collections and/or loan defaults and write-offs.\nWorks seamlessly in a team environment and also independently on projects and tasks as assigned.\nCreates, reviews and/or audits reports on a regular basis. Provides reporting to business unit senior management.\nIdentifies potential process improvements to increase efficiency in processing or analyzing financial information.\nWorks with other areas of the firm on projects related to building and maintaining tracking systems.\nParticipates or handles various projects as assigned.\nResolves or recommends solutions to moderately complex problems.\nPerforms other duties and responsibilities as assigned.\nKnowledge of\nGeneral office practices, procedures, and methods.\nGeneral payroll processing.\nIntermediate accounting concepts, practices and procedures.\nStrong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.\nAccrual based accounting practices.\nAccounting software packages.\nIntermediate cost allocation concepts and practices.\nPrinciples of banking and finance and securities industry operations.\nSkill in\nAnalyzing financial information.\nPerforming mathematical calculations.\nOperating standard office equipment and using required software applications, including word processing, spreadsheets and data bases.\nPreparing, processing and maintaining transaction documentation, files, and records.\nOrganizational and time management sufficient to prioritize workload, handle multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.\nAbility to\nIdentify, recommend and justify changes to standard procedures when required by specific situations\nand circumstances.\nWork independently, make decisions and resolve or recommend solutions to moderately complex\naccounting problems.\nCommunicate effectively, both orally and in writing, with all organizational levels.\nOrganize, manage and track multiple detailed tasks and assignments with frequently changing\npriorities in a fast-paced work environment.\nDemonstrate efficiency and flexibility in performing detailed tasks in a fast-paced work environment\nwith frequent interruptions, changing priorities, and multiple deadlines.\nProvide a high level of customer service.\nMaintain strict confidentiality of associate records.\nEducation/Previous Experience\nBachelor’s degree in Accounting or equivalent and a minimum of two (2) years of Payroll or Accounting\nexperience.\nOR ~\nAny equivalent combination of experience, education, and/or training approved by Human Resources.\nLicenses/Certifications\nNone required.\nEducation\nBachelor’s: Accounting, Bachelor’s: Business Administration, Bachelor’s: FinanceWork Experience\nGeneral Experience - 7 to 12 monthsCertifications\nTravel\nLess than 25% Workstyle\nHybridThe total compensation for this position includes base salary or wages, andmay include components such as additional compensation (cash or equity), discretionary bonuses, or commissions.
