With guidance and oversight, the role manages assigned low-complexity implementation projects or defined workstreams and helps identify opportunities to improve project coordination, reporting, and documentation.\nJob Description\nKey Responsibilitie s\nSupport Project Managers in planning and executing initiatives, including maintaining project plans, deliverables, timelines, and status reporting.\nCoordinate project activities and meetings, document decisions, track action items and deliverables, and escalate delays, risks, issues, and dependencies.\nDevelop and maintain project resources, process workflows, procedural documentation, and supporting implementation materials.\nManage assigned low-complexity implementation projects or defined workstreams, with guidance and escalation support from Project Managers.\nConsolidate, validate, and analyze project information for recurring Project Management Office (PMO) and portfolio reporting. Identify trends, reporting inconsistencies, and emerging concerns, and prepare senior leadership presentations and Steering Team materials summarizing project progress, risks, dependencies, and key findings.\nUse approved AI tools and reusable prompts to support project documentation, analysis, and reporting.\nIdentify, recommend, and help implement improvements to project coordination, reporting, documentation, and overall PMO efficiency through technology, automation, and process enhancements.\nKnowledge Of\nFoundational project management principles and practices, including project planning, requirements gathering, execution, implementation, stabilization, and closeout.\nProject monitoring and reporting practices, including milestone tracking, risk and issue management, stakeholder coordination, and project documentation.\nBasic business process improvement concepts, implementation activities, and organizational change readiness considerations.\nSkills\nOrganization and time management to balance priorities, adapt to changing needs, and meet deadlines.\nAttention to detail when reviewing information for accuracy, completeness, and consistency.\nAnalytical and problem-solving skills to identify gaps, investigate issues, and recommend practical next steps.\nClear, concise verbal and written communication for varied audiences.\nEffective collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.\nProficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint, and ability to learn new project management and reporting tools.\nAbilities\nManage assigned low-complexity projects or defined workstreams, maintain documentation, track deliverables, and meet commitments with guidance from Project Managers.\nEvaluate project information, investigate concerns, and exercise judgment to recommend next steps and escalate risks, issues, and dependencies.\nCoordinate stakeholders and communicate progress and challenges to support timely decisions and follow-through.\nLearn and apply approved automation and AI tools to improve planning, reporting, documentation, and operational efficiency.\nEducation & Previous Experience\nBachelor's degree in a related field or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.\n4-6 years of experience in project coordination, project management, operations, business transformation, or a related field, with demonstrated experience supporting project planning, execution, implementation, reporting, and stakeholder coordination.\nExperience with project management and reporting tools such as Smartsheet, Excel, and PowerPoint.
