In office days are 3 days per week (including a Monday or Friday), in our St Petersburg, FL or Memphis, TN Corporate Office.This role is not eligible for Work Visa sponsorship, either currently or in the future.\nJob Description\nAs part of the eFolioPlus development team, this individual will be involved in the full systems life cycle based and is responsible for designing, coding, testing, implementing, maintaining, and supporting application software that is delivered on time and within budget. Handles complex problems independently and demonstrates analytical thinking. Can make judgements and recommendations based on the analysis and interpretation of data.\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities:\nCandidate will work on the development of in-house and home-grown applications in an Angular, .NET, Oracle and SQL Server environment.\nDevelop existing applications and contribute to development of new applications by analyzing and identifying areas for modification and improvement. \nAnalyzes system requirements, including identifying program interactions and appropriate interfaces between impacted components and sub systems.\nMakes recommendations towards the development of new code or to reuse of existing code.\nMay lead assigned projects, including assigning tasks, coordinating efforts, and monitoring performance.\nMay recommend new technologies and methodologies to management for meeting business needs, resolving problems and exploiting opportunities. Remains current with new technologies.\nParticipates in software system testing and validation procedures, programming, and documentation.\nProvides technical advice and assists in solving programming problems.\nWrites and/or reviews system specifications, including output requirements and flow charts. \nReviews test results; documents test activities and records remedial actions.\nEnsures proper analysis of problems and programming approaches to prevent rework and schedule slippage.\nUsing company approved AI code generation/testing tools will be encouraged for greater efficiency. \nPerforms other duties and responsibilities as assigned.\nQualifications/Previous Experience:\nThree (3) to five (5) or years of experience in Design, Development and Support of Data-Driven, highly scalable multi-tier applications.\nExperience in the software development life cycle including product definition, design, development, testing, and implementation.\nExperience with .NET technologies such as .NET Core, .NET Framework is required.\nFront-end framework (Angular, React, Node.js) a plus.\nCloud (AWS, Google, Azure), and CI/CD toolsets (Jenkins, GIT, Azure DevOps) a plus.\nWorking with Agentic AI.\nFamiliarity with batch/job-processing systems.\nExposure to fixed-income or capital-markets data a plus, not required.\nFinancial Services or regulatory environment experience is preferred. \nKnowledge and Abilities:\nKnowledge of:\nGeneral knowledge of relational and document databases (Oracle / SQL queries).\nFamiliarity with batch/job-processing systems.\nAbility to:\nOwning defect investigation and resolution end-to-end on a live production system, not just assigned tickets.\nAssist junior engineers and QA/BA partners as part of day-to-day delivery.\nIdentify and understand issues, problems and opportunities; compare data from different sources to draw conclusions.\nClearly convey information and ideas through a variety of media to individuals or groups in a manner that engages the audience and helps them understand and retain the message.\nUse effective approaches for choosing a course of action or developing appropriate solutions; recommend or take action that is consistent with available facts, constraints and probable consequences.\nDemonstrate a satisfactory level of technical and professional skill or knowledge in position-related areas; remains current with developments and trends in areas of expertise.\nDevelop and use collaborative relationships to facilitate the accomplishment of work goals.\nMake internal and external clients and their needs a primary focus of actions; develop and sustain productive client relationships.\nOccasionally work a non-standard shift including nights and/or weekends and/or have on-call responsibilities.\nLicenses/Certifications:\nNone required.\n Education\nBachelor’s: Computer and Information Science, Bachelor’s: Computer Engineering, High School (HS) (Required)Work Experience\nGeneral Experience - 3 to 6 yearsCertifications\nTravel\nLess than 25% Workstyle\nHybridThe total compensation for this position includes base salary or wages, andmay include components such as additional compensation (cash or equity), discretionary bonuses, or commissions.
