Provide efficient, high quality client service, account maintenance, and administrative support to advisors within the scope of the program. Follows established standard operating procedures to perform tasks, projects, and assist clients. Receives general guidance and direction to perform other work with substantial variety and complexity requiring decision making responsibility.\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities\nCommunicates with assigned advisors proactively on a daily basis to ensure needs are being met and necessary support is being provided.\n\nManages client account maintenance activities which includes, but is not limited to opening/maintaining accounts, submitting forms, money movement, monitoring transactions and transfers, etc.\n\nDelivers client support which includes, but is not limited to client meeting preparation, running reports, meeting follow up, and special outreach projects, etc.\n\nProvides high caliber service to clients by responding to inquiries and requests promptly.\n\nResearches complex client situations, communicates with home office departments to seek a timely resolution, while managing client’s expectations until resolved.\n\nParticipates in ongoing training and education to ensure the most efficient usages of technology and firm resources.\n\nPerforms other duties and responsibilities as assigned.\n\nCoordinates /oversees the transition process for new client transition of accounts with other functional areas to ensure a professional process from initial client contact through transition of accounts ensuring proper execution of every step of the new client onboarding process.\n\nAssists with prospective clients, provides consultation and education regarding the Raymond James and Associates platform.\n\nKnowledge of\nCompany’s working structure, policies, mission, and strategies.\n\nGeneral office practices, procedures, and methods.\n\nFinancial industry experience\n\nUse appropriate interpersonal styles and communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, with all organizational levels.\n\nWork independently.\n\nProvide a high level of customer service.\n\nSkill in\nProficient use of Microsoft program suite, with advanced excel knowledge\n\nAble to analyze account information\n\nOrganize, manage, and track multiple detailed tasks and assignments with frequently changing priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced work environment.\n\nProvide the most efficient usage of technology and firm resources to enhance the client experience\n\nAbility to\nHelp drive utilization/adoption to key tools and resources\n\nUse appropriate interpersonal styles and communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, with all organizational levels.\n\nWork independently.\n\nProvide a high level of customer service.\n\nEducational/Previous Experience Requirements\nAssociate’s degree and five (5) years of licensed financial services industry service experience.\n\nBranch experience preferred\n\n~or~\n\nAn equivalent combination of experience, education, and/or training as approved by Human Resources.\n\nLicenses/Certifications\nSIE required provided that an exemption or grandfathering cannot be applied.\n\nSeries 7 required.\n\nSeries 63, 65 and/or 66 as required by state.\n\nAbility to obtain additional securities and advisory state registrations if required by state.\n\n Education\nHigh School (HS)Work Experience\nGeneral Experience - 6 to 10 years Certifications\ns66 - Uniform Combined State Law Examination - Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA), s7 - General Securities Representative Examination - Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA), Securities Industry Essentials Exam (SIE) - Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA)Salary Range\n$55,000.00-$87,360.00Travel\nLess than 25% Workstyle\nRemoteThe total compensation for this position includes base salary or wages, andmay include components such as additional compensation (cash or equity), discretionary bonuses, or commissions.
