Works independently to solve complex problems, make data-driven recommendations, and deliver solutions that support business objectives and operational excellence.Job Description\nThis role is a hybrid workstyle: with the associate expected to work from a Raymond James office location at least three days per week, including either Monday or Friday.\nRaymond James’ work environment is designed to reinforce our values-based culture while supporting the competitiveness, profitability, and long-term growth of our firm.\nPlease note: This role is not eligible for Work Visa sponsorship, either currently or in the future.\nTechnical Requirements:\nExperience implementing, administering, and supporting Tanium (Core, Asset, Deploy, Discover, Patch, Provision) or comparable endpoint management platforms such as Microsoft Intune or SCCM/MECM\n5+ years of experience in enterprise systems administration, endpoint management, infrastructure support, or a related technical discipline\nExperience with AI-assisted and AI-driven automation\nAdvanced scripting and automation skills, particularly PowerShell\nHighly experienced creating, testing, packaging, deploying, and maintaining enterprise software packages and application deployments, including lifecycle management, version control, deployment validation, and troubleshooting.\nEnd-Of-Life and vulnerability software remediation.\nStrong experience managing enterprise environments across multiple locations in highly regulated industries.\nExperience with enterprise monitoring and performance management tools such as Datadog, ControlUp, or similar platforms.\nKnowledge of Windows operating systems, Active Directory and Group Policy, Endpoint and infrastructure security best practices, Intel-based workstation and server hardware, Virtualization technologies, System monitoring, event analysis, and troubleshooting as it relates to system management.\nCore Competencies:\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.\nSound judgment and decision-making capabilities in fast-paced operational environments.\nEffective verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.\nDemonstrated commitment to maintaining current technical knowledge and industry best practices.\nProven ability to build collaborative relationships across IT teams, business units, and external partners.\nStrong customer service orientation with a focus on delivering reliable, high-quality support.\nPreferred Soft Skills:\nExcellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.\nStrong organizational and time management abilities with the capability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.\nSelf-motivated, adaptable, and results-oriented with a continuous improvement mindset.\nAbility to work independently while contributing effectively within a team environment.\nDemonstrated leadership, accountability, and ownership of assigned responsibilities.\nAbility to mentor, influence, and collaborate across cross-functional teams.\nStrong project coordination and change management skills.\nHigh level of professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail.\nPlan, organize, prioritize, and oversee activities to efficiently meet objectives.\n Education\nHigh School (HS) (Required)Work Experience\nGeneral Experience - 3 to 6 yearsCertifications\nTravel\nLess than 25% Workstyle\nHybridThe total compensation for this position includes base salary or wages, andmay include components such as additional compensation (cash or equity), discretionary bonuses, or commissions.
