This role provides the opportunity to lead site development and infrastructure projects from concept through construction while mentoring junior staff and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams. The ideal candidate brings strong technical expertise, sound judgment, and a proactive approach to project execution and client coordination.\nKey Responsibilities:\nLead civil engineering design efforts for site development, infrastructure, grading, drainage, and utility systems.\nPrepare and review engineering plans, calculations, specifications, and technical reports.\nOversee project execution to ensure quality, schedule adherence, and budget compliance.\nCoordinate with internal teams, clients, and regulatory agencies throughout project lifecycles.\nMentor and support junior engineers and designers, providing technical guidance and quality oversight.\nPerform and review hydrologic and hydraulic analyses for stormwater management systems.\nEnsure designs comply with applicable codes, standards, and permitting requirements.\nParticipate in QA/QC reviews and support proposal development efforts as needed.\nJob Requirements:\nBachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited institution.\nProfessional Engineer (PE) license required.\nMinimum of 8-10 years of civil engineering experience, with a focus on site development and infrastructure projects.\nProficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D and related civil engineering software.\nStrong understanding of local, state, and federal permitting processes.\nExcellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.\nAbility to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.\nPre-employment drug test, background check, and valid driver’s license required.\nWhat We Offer:\nWe offer a competitive salary, comprehensive benefits package, and opportunities for professional growth and advancement.
