岗位职责 / Responsibilities
1. 负责现有 App 的 Android 原生化改造，完成技术方案设计、功能开发、接口联调、测试及上线发布。
2. 与产品、设计及后端团队协作，持续优化应用性能、稳定性及用户体验。
3. 参与内测版本开发，快速验证新功能并持续迭代。
4. 优化客户端架构与开发规范，提升代码质量和开发效率。
任职要求 / Requirements
1. 具备独立交付 Android App 的经验，熟悉从开发、测试到应用市场发布及维护的完整流程。
2. 熟练掌握 Kotlin，熟悉 Jetpack Compose / Android View 及 Android 应用架构。
3. 能独立完成接口对接、状态管理、本地存储及常见性能问题排查。
4. 具备良好的 UI 还原能力，注重交互细节与用户体验。
5. 具备良好的沟通协作能力，能在小团队中主动推进问题解决与功能交付。

- 有 Flutter、React Native 等跨平台应用原生化迁移经验。
- 有 AI / 大模型应用开发经验，熟悉流式响应与对话交互。
- 有蓝牙、智能硬件或可穿戴设备开发经验。
- 具备 iOS 双端开发能力，熟悉 AI 编程工具。
