Join us in driving cross-functional programs that help shape the future direction of RaySearch and contribute to improved cancer care worldwide.\nAbout the job\nIn this role, you will help ensure that strategic initiatives are executed effectively and deliver the intended business value. You will work closely with stakeholders across the organization, bringing structure, coordination, and momentum to cross-functional programs and projects.\nYou will coordinate activities across multiple teams, track deliverables, manage dependencies, and ensure that key initiatives continue to move forward according to plan. Acting as a central point of coordination, you will help align stakeholders, facilitate decision-making, and provide visibility into progress, risks, and priorities.\nWorking closely with the Director of Corporate Development & Strategy, you will support the execution of some of RaySearch’s most important strategic initiatives. The role offers broad exposure to company-wide strategic priorities and provides the opportunity to collaborate with senior stakeholders across the organization.\nYou will be part of the Corporate Development & Strategy department and report to the Director of the department.\nYour main tasks\nCoordinate and support the execution of strategic programs and initiatives across the organization.\nMaintain project plans, timelines, milestones, and action tracking.\nFacilitate collaboration between stakeholders from different functions and departments.\nMonitor progress, identify risks and dependencies, and support issue resolution.\nPrepare program updates, presentations, and decision-making material for management.\nFollow up on commitments, deliverables, and agreed actions to ensure execution.\nHelp establish effective ways of working, governance structures, and reporting processes for strategic initiatives.\nSupport the planning, coordination, and follow-up of workshops, meetings, and strategic projects.\nYour profile\nWe believe you have experience coordinating complex projects, programs, or cross-functional initiatives in a fast-paced environment.\nTo succeed in this role, you are highly structured, proactive, and skilled at creating clarity in situations with multiple stakeholders and moving priorities. You enjoy driving things forward and have a natural ability to build relationships and coordinate efforts across functions.\nWe also believe that you have:\nRelevant higher education such as Engineering, Business Administration, International Business, Finance/Economics, Marketing\nAt least two years of experience in project, program, operations, strategy, business development, or a similar field.\nStrong organizational and coordination skills.\nExperience managing multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.\nExperience working with senior stakeholders and navigating complex organizational environments.\nExcellent communication and presentation skills.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving abilities.\nFluency in English, both written and spoken.\nOur Culture\nAt RaySearch, we share a passion for innovation and the fight against cancer.
