Work closely with senior engineers to build high-quality UI components, develop and integrate backend services and APIs and enhance user experience while following established architectural and design standards.\nThis position will sit at our Aguadilla, PR location. You must be residing in Puerto Rico at the time of starting employment. Relocation is not offered.\nThis role is categorized as hybrid, with 3 days onsite and 2 days remote following the schedule assigned by the Manager.\nWhat YOU will do:\n1. Frontend Development & Engineering Fundamentals\nDevelop and maintain modular SPA components using React / Angular / Vue (Quasar preferred).\nAssist in implementing common design patterns such as: Component composition Basic use of Strategy / Observer patterns\nSupport state management implementation (Redux, Pinia, NgRx) under guidance.\nDevelop and maintain scalable backend services and RESTful APIs to support enterprise application functionality.\nImplement business logic, data access, and integrations with databases and other enterprise services.\nFollow established front end & backend architecture, coding standards, security practices, and testing guidelines.\nEnsure clear separation of concerns between UI and business logic.\n2. UI/UX Development\nBuild responsive and user-friendly interfaces.\nDevelop UI components for dashboards, workflows, and forms.\nTranslate design specifications into functional UI elements.\nEnsure cross-browser compatibility and basic accessibility compliance.\nSupport performance improvements for smooth UI interactions.\n3. Performance & Optimization\nImplement basic optimization techniques such as lazy loading and code splitting.\nWrite efficient, clean code to support scalable applications.\nAssist in identifying and fixing UI performance issues.\n4.
