This role offers the opportunity to work within an international, multicultural workforce\nThe HRBP will partner with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to align HR initiatives across multiple programs, support businessreportingand executive-level briefings, and coordinate key activities and engagements across locations.\nThis position is ideal for proactive, agile HR professionals looking to make an impact in a complex and multicultural environment within the defense sector.\nWhat You Will Do:\nPartner with leaders to align and executepeoplestrategies with businessobjectives.\n\nEmbed RTX values into people and business processes to strengthen talent development and employee engagement.\n\nLead and support organizational change initiatives that enhance organizational effectiveness and employee experience.\n\nAdvise managers on organizational structure, roles, reporting lines, spans of control, and job leveling.\n\nPartner with stakeholders on workforce planning and talent mobility to meet current and future business needs.\n\nMaintain a strong understanding of the business to proactivelyidentifyworkforce challenges and opportunities.\n\nTranslate business priorities into practical HR strategies and solutions aligned with organizational needs.\n\nProvide data-driven insights and recommendations to strengthen leadership capability and team performance.\n\nServe as a trusted HR advisor to business leaders and employees.\n\nSupport leaders in building high-performing teams through effective collaboration, team dynamics, and employeeengagement. SupportHigh-Performing Teams\n\nQualifications You Must Have\nTypically requires a bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field and 5 years of relevant HR experience, or an advanced degree with at least 3 years of relevant experience.\n\nProven experience working as an HR Business Partner supporting business leaders, managers, and/or program teams.\n\nStrong understanding of talent management, performance management, organizational effectiveness, and employee relations.\n\nExperience partnering across multiple HR functions to develop and implement integrated HR solutions.\n\nExcellent communication, influencing, stakeholder-management, and relationship-building skills.\n\nAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced, complex, and multicultural environment.\n\nQualifications We Prefer\nProfessional HR certification such as SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR, or equivalent.\n\nPreviousexperience within the aerospace, defense, engineering, or technology industry.\n\nExperience working in a matrixed or multinational organization.\n\nExperience supporting employees and leaders across multiple countries or locations.\n\nExperience with HRIS platforms and workforce analytics/reporting, preferably Workday.\n\nExperience supporting organizational change, workforce planning, talent development, or organizational design.\n\nStrong understanding of local employment practices and HR requirements within the UAE.\n\nRTX adheres to the principles of equal employment.
