Should be capable of multiple warehouse operations tasks, can do ERP system bookings and cycle count.\nLevel of Work:\nEnsure proper implementation of good warehousing procedures in recording, storage, and inventory control.\nEnsure adequate stock levels are maintained and controlled.\nReceive finished goods, raw materials, and packaging materials deliveries and checks conformance to specifications regarding physical attributes.\nPerform inventory count, maintains control and accounts for all stock on hand. Management of excess stock physically and on the ERP system in line with accounts procedures, maintaining ERP stock accuracy.\nAccurate issuance of parts and materials versus Work Orders\nEnsure proper rotation, storage and issuance of materials/components.\nCoordinate and assist in the unloading and storage of raw materials and packaging materials.\nPerform handling and issuance of chemical products and raw materials.\nPrepare receiving reports of accepted deliveries of raw materials and supplies.\nCoordinate and assist in the loading of finished goods for shipment.\nConduct regular inspection of the warehouse premises to check security and condition of materials stored therein.\nSafeguard inventory against breakage or other damage and loss on account of pilferage.\nMaintain and update stock cards and inventory records; Prepares periodic reports on inventory balances; encodes transactions on real-time basis to ensure real-time inventory.\nPerform other duties and responsibilities related to the position and other tasks that may be assigned by the people leader.\nAdheres to and participates in all EHS practices and standards across the site, including but not limited to proactive reporting of observed hazards and recommendations to ensure the safety and wellbeing of self and others.\nRequirements:\nMust have completed at least a Vocational or 2-year College or a combination of education and work experience.\n1 to 4 years experience in warehousing.\nWorking knowledge in any of the warehouse operations (receiving, shipping, stockroom)\nKnowledge in cycle count\nExperienced forklift operators with NCII license a plus\nWorking knowledge of ERP System/Barcode process\nCollins Aerospace, a Raytheon Technologies company, is a leader in technologically advanced and intelligent solutions for the global aerospace and defense industry.
