In this role, you will lead the end-to-end product design process for innovative software products that enhance engine inspection, reporting, and customer experience across the global aftermarket network. If you are passionate about transforming complex user needs into intuitive digital experiences through data-driven design and emerging technologies, this may be the opportunity you've been looking for.\nYou will report directly to the Product Manager and work closely with Engineering, Data Science and business stakeholders to design and deliver scalable digital solutions. This is a critical role supporting the continued growth of Pratt & Whitney's digital product portfolio by improving product usability, accelerating solution delivery, and delivering exceptional customer experiences through user-centered design and continuous innovation.\nWhat You Will Do\nAnalyze user behaviour and product analytics (e.g. PostHog, Google Analytics) to identify opportunities to improve product usability and customer experience.\n\nTranslate user insights into wireframes, mock-ups, high-fidelity designs and interactive prototypes using Figma and AI-assisted design tools.\n\nDevelop, maintain and enhance the enterprise design system to ensure consistency and scalability across products.\n\nCollaborate closely with software engineers to ensure efficient design-to-development handoff and implementation.\n\nConduct user interviews, usability testing and customer engagement activities to validate product decisions.\n\nPartner with cross-functional teams to define product requirements and deliver customer-centric solutions.\n\nContinuously improve product experiences through iterative design, data-driven decision making and Agile development practices.\n\nQualifications You Must Have\nBachelor's degree in Product Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Interaction Design or related discipline.\n\n6+ years of experience in SaaS Product Design, UX/UI Design or related field.\n\nAdvanced proficiency with Figma, design systems and component libraries.\n\nExperience using analytics tools to inform design decisions.\n\nStrong communication, collaboration and stakeholder management skills.\n\nExperience working in Agile product development environments.\n\nQualifications We Prefer\nExperience designing enterprise or aviation software products.\n\nExperience with AI-assisted design tools and modern prototyping workflows.\n\nKnowledge of design systems, accessibility and user-centred design best practices.\n\nExperience collaborating with globally distributed teams.\n\nWhat We Offer\nCareer and skills development opportunities.\n\nEmployee scholarship program for further education.\n\nComprehensive health, medical and dental benefits.\n\nOn-the-job training and in-house/external certifications.\n\nCompetitive renumeration package.\n\nAllowance and overtime benefits where appliable.\n\nCompany transport provided.
