Join us and help shape the future of aerospace and defense.\nJob Requirement\nData Analysis and Reporting: Collect, analyze, and interpret large complex datasets to provide actionable insights. Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to support decision-making. Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data to inform business strategies.\n\nBusiness Intelligence Tools: Expertise in uUtilizing BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or QlikView to create interactive dashboards and reports. Maintain and optimize existing BI solutions to ensure accuracy and efficiency.\n\nCollaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, operations, supply chain, and finance, to understand business needs and translate them into data-driven solutions. Partner with stakeholders to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics.\n\nData Management: Define data structures for the site, compile data from multiple databases, and establish master data. Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and consistency across systems.\n\nProcess Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation using data insights. Support digital transformation initiatives by leveraging data analytics. Use of tools to automate repetitive tasks and optimize workflows across different systems.\n\nData Visualization: Expertise in creating clear reports and dashboards (Power BI) that enable operational managers to make decisions.\n\nPredictive and Statistical Modeling: Knowledge of modeling techniques to anticipate future outcomes and support strategic decision-making.\n\nStrategic Insights: Provide insights to support strategic planning, forecasting, and performance measurement. Conduct ad hoc analyses to address specific business questions or challenges.\n\nKey Skills and Qualification\nBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering\n\nMinimum 2-3 years in a manufacturing/MRO environment, aviation industry preferred\n\nAble to utilize Microsoft power platform (Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps)\n\nProgramming experience (Python, VBA, SQL)\n\nProficiency in business intelligence tools\n\nKnowledge of database management systems is an asset\n\nKnowledge of SAP is an asset\n\nProven experience in a similar role with a focus on data analytics for continuous improvement\n\nExcellent interpersonal and communication skills\n\nDemonstrated high level of autonomy and curiosity to identify improvement opportunities\n\nRTX adheres to the principles of equal employment.
