Join us and help shape the future of aerospace and defense.\nThis position is for a Seasoned Quality Assurance professional to join the Power and Controls team at Collins Aerospace working Pratt and Whitney Engine Systems programs. This job will entail working with the global supply chain to ensure quality levels are upheld as well as working with executives and customers to communicate on-going work and initiatives. The candidate shall be able to work as an individual contributor to achieve objectives that have a significant impact on area of responsibility as well as manage several Quality Assurance processes and/or projects concurrently. The candidate shall be able to use experience and knowledge to influence processes, standards, and plans to continuously improve quality.\nThis role is hybrid, with the primary work location at the Collins Aerospace site in Windsor Locks, Connecticut, where you will be on-site 2-3 days per week and work remotely 2 days per week. The role also requires occasional travel to the Pratt & Whitney Engine Center in Middletown, Connecticut, approximately 1-2 times per month.\nWhat You Will Do:\nUnderstand customer requirements and expectations and be able to communicate those key points to the supply chain.
