Make a difference with a career at Pratt & Whitney.\nWhat You Will Do\nEnsure timely material fulfillment for engine production while maintaining optimal inventory levels through effective WIP optimization and monitoring of aging inventory.\n\nManage purchase order issuance and coordinate material flow for new parts, subcontracted work, and exchanges to support continuous engine assembly operations.\n\nOversee a network of local and oversea vendors to ensure part availability, cost efficiency, and reliable turnaround times.\n\nMaintain strong supplier relationships and ensure adherence to industry quality standards and company specifications.\n\nLead supplier performance reviews to achieve target metrics in cost, quality, delivery, and service support.\n\nConduct price negotiations with vendors to achieve cost savings and deliver value to customers.\n\nIdentify, plan, and execute cost-reduction initiatives, coordinating with stakeholders and tracking progress to ensure timely completion.\n\nReview and enhance procurement processes and procedures to ensure regulatory compliance and operational efficiency.\n\nReconcile invoice discrepancies to maintain accurate financial records.\n\nReview open purchase orders and take necessary follow-up actions to ensure closure or resolution.\n\nAnalyze parts usage trends and implement action plans to maintain optimal stock levels.\n\nCollaborate with a dynamic team of buyers to achieve inventory and business performance KPIs.\n\nParticipate in continuous improvement initiatives.\n\nPerform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.\n\nQualifications You Must Have\nDegree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering or any other related field.\n\nAt least 5 years of relevant material procurement experience in fast-paced environment.\n\nAble to work in a fast pace and dynamic environment.\n\nExperience in using lean manufacturing, six sigma or kaizen tools.\n\nEffective communications and organizational skills to work in cross-functional environment to drive supplier performance reviews and improvements.\n\nStrong analytical skills that drive creative problem-solving, proposal preparation and negotiation.\n\nA team player with high standards of performance to achieve company goals.\n\nProficient in the use of Microsoft Office applications e.g. Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Power BI.\n\nWhat We Offer\nCareer and skills development opportunities.\n\nEmployee scholarship program for further education.\n\nComprehensive health, medical and dental benefits.\n\nOn-the-job training and in-house/external certifications.\n\nCompetitive renumeration package.\n\nAllowance and overtime benefits where appliable.\n\nCompany transport provided.
