岗位职责 / Responsibilities
1. 从事产品类研发管理工作, 对项目的开发进度、成本、质量和交付达成等相关内容进行监控及管理, 并根据经验优化以上流程及规范;
2. 有效管理项目范围和资源, 制定计划并保证计划的按期保质执行;
3. 熟悉研发流程与制造工艺, 并有效管理需求变更;
4. 可承担项目运营和研发管理相关工作, 负责项目的生命周期管理中各领域问题的拉通与解决;
5. 编制项目预算，控制项目研发费用支出与费用合理、合规性确认;
任职要求 / Requirements
学历与语言：本科及以上学历，理工类专业优先; 能应对多场景工作交流，具备良好的中英文沟通能力尤佳。
项目经验：6年以上产品开发类项目管理经验，需具备至少 2 个完整项目的成功交付案例（涵盖从立项到落地的全流程），有跨部门协作项目经验者优先，对研发费用与成本管理有一定经验。
核心能力：
具备扎实的项目计划制定、进度管控、成本优化及质量保障能力，能有效识别并解决项目风险;
优秀的沟通协调能力，可高效联动研发、生产、测试、质量等跨团队资源;
拥有清晰的目标导向与结果思维，具备一定的问题预判与快速响应能力。
专业与资质：硬件、计算机软件相关专业背景优先; 持有 PMP、ACP 等项目管理认证者优先。
综合素养：抗压力强，能适应项目攻坚期的加班需求，可接受阶段性出差（配合项目落地或资源协调）。
