Drive measurable business value by ensuring alignment with organizational goals and industry trends, while inspiring team members to actively contribute their expertise and shape the future of IT operations.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:\nForm and grow a skilled engineering team with expertise in the technologies RPA, AI/ML and DataOps.\n\nFoster a collaborative and growth-oriented environment where team members can continuously learn and develop their skills.\n\nProvide strategic direction and guidance to the team, ensuring they are effectively utilizing their expertise to achieve organizational goals.\n\nChampion the adoption and integration of RPA, AI/ML, and DataOps technologies to optimize IT operations and solve complex business problems.\n\nLead the implementation of AI services and solutions, ensuring they are aligned with business needs and deliver tangible value.\n\nMeasure and track the success of AI-driven initiatives, demonstrating their impact on operational and business outcomes.\n\nOversee the streaming, collection, and processing of big data. Utilize various tools and techniques to extract valuable insights and enable data-driven decision making.\n\nRequirements:\nDemonstrated experience leading and building successful AIOps engineering team. Proven track record of leading high-performing engineers.\n\nGood communication and interpersonal skills to build trust and rapport within the team, facilitate clear communication and provide constructive feedback.\n\nAbility to foster a collaborative and growth-oriented environment where team members can learn from each other and continuously develop their skills.\n\nAbility to design and implement robust and scalable RPA solutions. Experience in identifying and automating repetitive tasks and processes.\n\nIn-depth knowledge of data pipelines, data governance, and data quality principles.\n\nFamiliarity with major cloud-based AI/ML platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP, Confluent Kafka) for deploying and managing AI and big data solutions.\n\nPre-Requisites :\nRazer is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
