Razer is also a great place to work, providing you the unique, gamer-centric experience that will put you in an accelerated growth, both personally and professionally.\nKey Responsibilities\nWe are seeking for a Compliance Officer to manage day-to-day AML/CFT compliance operations and support broader regulatory compliance for our business. This role covers customer screening, policy and controls maintenance and regulatory liaison and reporting.\nSupport day-to-day operational compliance monitoring, ensuring adherence to applicable regulatory requirements and internal policies.\nDraft, review, and maintain compliance policies, procedures and internal controls documentation.\nSupport AML/CFT and sanctions screening, customer due diligence and transaction monitoring processes.\nCoordinate regulatory returns, periodic reporting and responses to regulator queries or examinations.\nMonitor regulatory developments relevant to the business and assess operational impact.\nAct as day-to-day liaison with MAS and other relevant authorities on compliance matters, including supporting regulatory license applications or renewals as and when required.\nSupport audit and regulatory examination engagements.\nPartner with business units to embed compliance requirements into day-to-day operations.\nDeliver AML/CFT training and compliance awareness sessions to operational staff.\nPre-Requisites :\nRequirements\nAt least 6 -7 years' experience in compliance, risk, or regulatory affairs within financial services (banking, payments or other regulated industries).\nExperience with Money Services Business (MSB) is preferred.\nFamiliarity with AML/CFT and sanctions screening requirements.\nStrong regulatory liaison, policy drafting, and stakeholder management skills.\nICA/ACAMS certification an advantage.\nAble to work independently and as part of a team, fostering a collaborative and positive team environment, promoting knowledge sharing and continuous learning.\nPre-Requisites\nRazer is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
