You will work closely with APAC Marketing, local Sales teams, distributors, retailers, agencies and partners to deliver successful marketing programs across the assigned markets.\nKey Responsibilities\nMarket Strategy & Growth\nDevelop and execute marketing plans for Taiwan, Hong Kong and Macau, with Taiwan as the primary focus.\nTranslate APAC marketing priorities into locally relevant campaigns that drive brand awareness, market share and commercial growth.\nMonitor consumer trends, competitor activities and market developments to identify growth opportunities.\nWork closely with Sales and distribution partners to align marketing initiatives with business objectives.\nSupport annual marketing planning and recommend activities based on market opportunities and priorities.\nGo-to-Market & Product Launches\nPlan and execute marketing activities for new product launches across assigned markets.\nEnsure strong GTM readiness across retail, channel, PR, digital, social media and influencer touchpoints.\nLocalize regional and global campaigns to maximize relevance and impact in each market.\nCollaborate with Sales to support product launches, promotional campaigns and channel sell-through initiatives.\nRetail & Channel Marketing\nDrive Razer brand visibility and marketing execution across key retail and channel partners.\nDevelop and implement retail marketing programs, merchandising initiatives, promotions and consumer activations.\nWork with Sales, distributors and retailers to enhance product visibility, shopper experience and sell-through.\nEnsure consistent brand representation and execution across physical and online retail channels.\nIntegrated Marketing\nPlan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social media, PR, influencers, gaming communities, events and partnerships.\nBuild and maintain relationships with media, influencers, content creators and gaming communities.\nIdentify relevant partnerships and opportunities to strengthen Razer's presence within gaming, technology and lifestyle audiences.\nCoordinate product seeding, media engagements, consumer activations, product launches and industry events.\nWork with external agencies and partners to ensure timely and effective campaign execution.\nSales & E-commerce Collaboration\nWork closely with Sales to support commercial and e-commerce initiatives through relevant marketing activities.\nProvide campaign, content, media and brand support for Sales-led online and offline programs.\nAlign marketing activities with promotional calendars and channel priorities to drive traffic, conversion and sell-through.\nMaintain strong collaboration between Marketing and Sales to achieve shared business objectives.\nBudget & Performance\nManage assigned marketing budgets and ensure effective allocation of resources.\nTrack campaign performance against established KPIs and recommend improvements.\nMonitor market trends, competitive activities and campaign effectiveness.\nPrepare regular marketing performance reports, market updates and campaign evaluations for APAC management.\nIdentify opportunities to improve marketing efficiency, ROI and overall campaign impact.\nRequirements\n5-8 years of marketing experience, preferably within gaming, consumer electronics, technology or lifestyle brands.\nStrong understanding of the Taiwan consumer, retail, digital and media landscape.\nExperience in Hong Kong and Macau markets is an advantage.\nProven experience in integrated marketing, GTM, retail/channel marketing, PR, digital, social media, influencer marketing and events.\nHands-on experience planning and executing marketing campaigns from concept to completion.\nStrong commercial awareness with an understanding of how marketing contributes to sales and business growth.\nExperience working with Sales teams, distributors, retailers, agencies and external partners.\nGood project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities simultaneously.\nStrong analytical skills and experience managing marketing budgets and campaign performance.\nExcellent communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills.\nFluent in Mandarin and English, both written and spoken.\nSelf-motivated, resourceful and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment.\nPassion for gaming, technology and the Razer brand is highly advantageous.\nPre-Requisites :\nRazer is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
