This role will provide hands-on experience in developing and executing marketing initiatives with our key partners. The ideal candidate is a proactive learner with strong communication skills and a passion for marketing and the gaming industry.Key Responsibilities\nCampaign Management: Support the full lifecycle of co-marketing campaigns, from initial planning to execution, covering offline/online promotions, content collaborations, and events.\nStrategic Research: Conduct thorough market and gaming trend research to identify and evaluate potential partnership opportunities.\nPerformance Analysis: Assist in tracking, measuring, and reporting on the performance of partnership campaigns to provide key insights for weekly and monthly reports.\nCreative Content & Approvals: Help develop marketing materials for social media, websites, newsletters, and promotional videos, and facilitate the necessary approval processes with internal and external partners.\nPartner Communication: Manage and maintain clear, consistent communication with partners, ensuring a positive and professional working relationship.\nAdministrative & Operational Support: Provide administrative support by organizing partnership assets, and keeping our CRM system up-to-date.\n\nWhat You'll Learn\nMarketing Strategy: Gain practical experience in developing and executing marketing campaigns and partnership initiatives.\nIndustry Knowledge: Deepen your understanding of market dynamics, gaming trends, and competitive analysis.\nData-Driven Decisions: Learn to analyze campaign performance data and translate it into actionable insights.\nProfessional Communication: Develop strong professional communication skills through direct engagement with internal teams and external partners.\nProject Management: Enhance your organizational skills by supporting multiple projects and managing deadlines.\nTools & Systems: Become proficient in using a CRM system and other key marketing tools.\n\nWho We’re Looking For\nWe are seeking a highly motivated individual with a passion for gaming and marketing. The ideal candidate will have:\nCurrently pursuing or recently completed a diploma or degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Mass Communications, Business, Data Analytics, PR, or a related field.\nStrong knowledge of various game genres and titles.\nProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with experience in database and presentation tools as a bonus.\nExcellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and work both independently and in a global team.\nA strong team-player mentality, providing support in partnerships marketing coordination.\nThe ability to commit to a full-time, 6-month internship from January to June 2027.\n\nPre-Requisites :\nRazer is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
