The role will lead the planning, execution, and optimization of user acquisition campaigns to support global game launches.Own and lead the global user acquisition strategy across multiple game titles and markets.\nDefine UA budget allocation, channel mix, and scaling strategy based on CPI, LTV, ROAS, and growth targets.\nDevelop UA plans across different stages of the game lifecycle (soft launch, launch, and live operations).\nIdentify scaling opportunities and adjust strategies in real time to maximize growth efficiency.\nDrive creative iteration and A/B testing strategies to improve ad performance and campaign scalability.\nAnalyze marketing performance data and translate insights into actionable growth strategies.\nDevelop dashboards and performance reports to track campaign efficiency and ROI.\nCollaborate with product, analytics, marketing, and creative teams to align UA strategies with game goals.\nManage relationships with external agencies, advertising partners, and marketing platforms.\nEnsure marketing initiatives are aligned with overall publishing and growth objectives.\nPre-Requisites :\nRazer is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
