This role supports qualification activities, drives defect prevention, performs data driven analysis, and partners closely with Compliance, Engineering, Manufacturing, Supplier Quality, and Customer Support to resolve issues and improve product performance.Product Quality & Reliability Qualification\nExecute quality and reliability qualifications for new product introductions (NPI).\nEnsure all tests, coverage, and reliability assessments meet defined standards.\nSupport milestone readiness through structured quality reviews.\nData Analysis & AI-Supported Quality Improvement\nAnalyze test data, failure trends, and product performance metrics.\nUse AI/ML-driven tools (where applicable) to enhance defect detection and predictive risk analysis.\nGenerate dashboards and reports to support decision making.\nIssue Resolution & Root-Cause Analysis\nWork with Engineering to perform detailed failure analysis and drive corrective & preventive actions (CAPA).\nParticipation in structured problem-solving activities\nEnsure timely containment and resolution of quality issues.\nProcess & Documentation Management\nMaintain and update quality test plans, process documentation, and qualification standards.\nSupport continuous improvement of quality workflows, testing efficiency, and data accuracy.\nEnsure compliance with quality management system (QMS) requirements.\nCross-Functional Collaboration\nPartner with R&D, Manufacturing, Supplier Quality, and Customer Support teams on quality improvements.\nSupport factory builds, reliability runs, supplier audits, and production validation activities.\nCommunicate findings and risks clearly to stakeholders.\nSupplier & External Lab Support\nCoordinate with external test labs to ensure accurate and timely qualification results.\nValidate supplier test results and support supplier quality improvements as needed.\nPre-Requisites :\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor’s degree in Engineering, such as Electrical, Mechanical, Electronics, Computer, Mechatronics, or a related discipline.\n2-5 years of relevant experience in product quality, reliability engineering, product validation, testing, or hardware development.\nStrong knowledge of quality and reliability engineering principles, including environmental and reliability testing, failure mechanisms, statistical analysis, and Design of Experiments (DOE).\nExperience supporting NPI builds, reliability qualification, or mass-production quality activities.\nFamiliarity with Quality Management Systems and quality documentation processes.\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills, with a keen attention to detail and a continuous-improvement mindset.\nGood communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams and present technical findings clearly.\nComfortable working in a fast-paced engineering environment and supporting local and occasional overseas builds, audits, and qualification activities.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience using data-analysis and visualization tools such as Excel and Power BI.\nExposure to AI/ML-based analytics, predictive modelling, or other data-driven engineering tools.\nKnowledge of scripting or programming using Python, R, Linux, or Windows.\nPrevious experience in consumer electronics, hardware development, or a high-volume manufacturing environment.\nRazer is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
