This is a unique opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in operations management and understand the inner workings of a dynamic tech company.Key Responsibilities\n\nSupport daily store operational matters like inventory management, stock replenishment, and POS controls.\nHelp maintain accurate records of inventory levels and ensure compliance with company policies.\nCollaborate with the stores to improve store efficiency and optimize the customer experience.\nParticipate in the analysis of operational data to identify trends and areas for improvement.\nContribute to the development and implementation of operational process improvements.\nCommunicate with cross-functional teams to support retail objectives.\nProvide administrative support to the Retail Operations team and assist in ad hoc projects as needed.\n\nLearning Objectives\n\nInsight into the day-to-day operations of a global retail business.\nHands-on experience in inventory management, sales analysis, and process improvement.\nExposure to cross-functional teamwork in a fast-paced environment.\nMentorship and guidance from experienced retail professionals.\nRequirements\n\nCurrently pursuing a degree in in Business Administration, Operations Management, Information Systems Management, or a related field.\nStrong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.\nGood analytical and problem-solving skills.\nProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Power Automate).\nExcellent communication and interpersonal abilities.\nA proactive attitude and willingness to learn.\nA gamer at heart with a passion for the retail gaming industry.\nPre-Requisites :\nRazer is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
