Your role involves maintaining test scripts, analysing results, and driving improvements in automation efficiency while mentoring junior engineers.Essential Duties and Responsibilities\nCloud Infrastructure Architecture & Operations.\nDesign, implement, and maintain highly available cloud infrastructure supporting high-throughput transaction workloads.\n\nManage core cloud services including compute platforms, container orchestration environments, object storage, managed databases, identity access management, networking, and load balancing.\n\nEnsure platform scalability through capacity planning, auto-scaling strategy implementation, and performance optimization.\n\nSupport multi-zone / multi-region architectures and disaster recovery strategies to meet strict uptime and SLA requirements.\n\nOther duties as assigned.\n\nSystem Reliability & Performance Engineering\nMonitor infrastructure health, transaction performance, and system utilization to proactively identify operational risks.\n\nTroubleshoot production incidents and perform root cause analysis with preventive improvement actions.\n\nOptimize compute, storage, network, and database configurations to support high concurrency and low-latency payment processing.\n\nCollaborate with DevOps and Engineering teams to improve deployment safety and environment consistency.\n\nAutomation & Infrastructure as Code\nImplement and maintain Infrastructure as Code using tools such as Terraform, Pulumi, or cloud-native provisioning frameworks.\n\nAutomate provisioning, configuration management, patching, and operational workflows.\n\nIntegrate infrastructure automation with CI/CD pipelines to enable reliable and repeatable platform deployments.\n\nDevelop operational tooling and scripts to enhance system observability and response efficiency.\n\nSecurity, Compliance & Governance\nEnforce cloud security best practices including identity governance, network segmentation, encryption controls, and secure configuration baselines.\n\nSupport compliance initiatives aligned with PCI DSS, ISO 27001, and financial regulatory requirements.\n\nParticipate in vulnerability remediation, security hardening programs, and audit readiness activities.\n\nMaintain accurate infrastructure documentation and change management controls.\n\nCost Optimization & Resource Efficiency\nAnalyze cloud usage patterns and recommend cost optimization strategies while maintaining platform reliability.\n\nImplement governance frameworks such as tagging standards, resource lifecycle policies, and capacity reservation planning.\n\nProvide visibility into infrastructure cost trends and operational efficiency metrics.\n\nAI-Assisted Cloud Operations & R&D Innovation\nLeverage AI-powered operational tooling to improve monitoring insights, incident prediction, and anomaly detection.\n\nParticipate in experimentation on AI use cases including:\n\nintelligent log correlation and operational diagnostics\n\npredictive workload scaling recommendations\n\nAutomated runbook generation and incident guidance\n\ninfrastructure configuration optimization suggestions\n\nCloud cost anomaly detection and optimization insights\n\nCollaborate with platform engineering and R&D teams to prototype intelligent automation workflows that improve reliability and operational efficiency.\n\nPromote responsible and secure adoption of AI capabilities in infrastructure management practices.\n\nRequirements\nBachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.\n\n3+ years of experience in software testing, with a strong focus on test automation.\n\nProficiency in automation frameworks such as Selenium and PHPUnit\n\nStrong programming skills in Java, PHP or C# for test automation.\n\nExperience with API testing tools like Postman.\n\nHands-on experience with CI/CD tools (GitLab).\n\nFamiliarity with version control systems like Git.\n\nKnowledge of cloud platforms (AWS) is a plus.\n\nStrong problem-solving and analytical skills.\n\nExcellent communication and collaboration abilities.\n\nAbility to work in an agile environment and adapt to changing requirements.\n\nExperience mentoring junior team members is a plus.\n\nPre-Requisites :\nRazer is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
