The position also contributes to platform modernization initiatives, automation strategy, and adoption of AI-assisted operational capabilities to improve system resilience and engineering productivity.\nCloud Infrastructure Architecture & Operations\nDesign, implement, and maintain highly available cloud infrastructure supporting high-throughput transaction workloads.\nManage core cloud services including compute platforms, container orchestration environments, object storage, managed databases, identity access management, networking, and load balancing.\nEnsure platform scalability through capacity planning, auto-scaling strategy implementation, and performance optimization.\nSupport multi-zone / multi-region architectures and disaster recovery strategies to meet strict uptime and SLA requirements.\nOther duties as assigned.\nSystem Reliability & Performance Engineering\nMonitor infrastructure health, transaction performance, and system utilization to proactively identify operational risks.\nTroubleshoot production incidents and perform root cause analysis with preventive improvement actions.\nOptimize compute, storage, network, and database configurations to support high concurrency and low-latency payment processing.\nCollaborate with DevOps and Engineering teams to improve deployment safety and environment consistency\nAutomation & Infrastructure as Code\nImplement and maintain Infrastructure as Code using tools such as Terraform, Pulumi, or cloud-native provisioning frameworks.\nAutomate provisioning, configuration management, patching, and operational workflows.\nIntegrate infrastructure automation with CI/CD pipelines to enable reliable and repeatable platform deployments.\nDevelop operational tooling and scripts to enhance system observability and response efficiency.\nSecurity, Compliance & Governance\nEnforce cloud security best practices including identity governance, network segmentation, encryption controls, and secure configuration baselines.\nSupport compliance initiatives aligned with PCI DSS, ISO 27001, and financial regulatory requirements.\nParticipate in vulnerability remediation, security hardening programs, and audit readiness activities.\nMaintain accurate infrastructure documentation and change management controls.\nCost Optimization & Resource Efficiency\nAnalyze cloud usage patterns and recommend cost optimization strategies while maintaining platform reliability.\nImplement governance frameworks such as tagging standards, resource lifecycle policies, and capacity reservation planning.\nProvide visibility into infrastructure cost trends and operational efficiency metrics.\nAI-Assisted Cloud Operations & R&D Innovation\nLeverage AI-powered operational tooling to improve monitoring insights, incident prediction, and anomaly detection.\nParticipate in experimentation on AI use cases including:\nIntelligent log correlation and operational diagnostics\nPredictive workload scaling recommendations\nAutomated runbook generation and incident guidance\nInfrastructure configuration optimization suggestions\nCloud cost anomaly detection and optimization insights\nCollaborate with platform engineering and R&D teams to prototype intelligent automation workflows that improve reliability and operational efficiency.\nPromote responsible and secure adoption of AI capabilities in infrastructure management practices.\nPre-Requisites :\nRequirements:\nBachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.\nMinimum 5-7 years experience in cloud infrastructure or systems administration roles.\nHands-on experience managing production cloud environments supporting high-availability applications.\nStrong understanding of:\nnetworking fundamentals and cloud architecture patterns\nLinux system administration\nDistributed system reliability concepts\nInfrastructure automation and configuration management\nExperience with scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or similar.\nFamiliarity with monitoring and observability platforms.\nStrong troubleshooting and analytical capabilities.\nPreferred Qualifications:\nExperience working in Payment Gateway, FinTech, Banking, or high-transaction platforms.\nExperience with major cloud providers such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Microsoft Azure.\nFamiliarity with container technologies such as Docker and orchestration platforms such as Kubernetes or managed container services.\nExperience managing high-volume databases or distributed data platforms.\nExposure to messaging or event streaming platforms.\nExperience supporting regulated production environments.\nRazer is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
