Razer is also a great place to work, providing you the unique, gamer-centric #LifeAtRazer experience that will put you in an accelerated growth, both personally and professionally.\nJob Responsibilities :\nThis role drives the research & development activities in the electrical/electronics domain of advanced gaming peripheral products.The job responsibilities span across various critical areas which includes the following:\nResearch & Development:\n· Drive innovation and development in the electrical and electronics domain.\n· Develop and test prototypes of advanced electronics products.\nProject Management:\n· Plan and coordinate activities from conceptualization to mass production.\n· Oversee timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure projects meet targets.\n· Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.\nVendor and Partner Coordination:\n· Liaise with key component vendors, development partners, and contract manufacturers.\n· Manage relationships to ensure quality and timely deliverables.\n· Coordinate supply chain logistics and resolve any supply issues of key components\nDocumentation & Reporting:\n· Maintain comprehensive records of development processes and technical documentation.\n· Prepare reports and presentations for stakeholders and management.\n· Ensure clear communication of project status and technical details.\nQuality Assurance & Testing:\n· Define and implement rigorous testing procedures to ensure product reliability and performance.\n· Conduct failure analysis and troubleshoot issues that arise in the development process.\n· Collaborate with quality assurance teams to meet product standards.\nTeam Collaboration:\n· Work closely with cross-functional teams including design, production, and marketing.\n· Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment.\nPre-Requisites :\nPreferred Skills and Qualifications:\nMaster/Degree in Electronic/Electrical Engineering or equivalent\nMinimum 5 years of relevant working experience in designing of electronic hardware circuits and system.\nExperience in using EE CAD/CAE tools (e.g. ORCAD, PADS, PSPICE) for product development and simulations.\nExperience in EMC/EMI design and countermeasures.\nExperience in fast-paced consumer electronics development environment is an added advantage.\nStrong knowledge and actual working experience in the following areas:\nComputer peripheral or consumer electronics product design\nEmbedded microcontroller platforms\nWired/Wireless connectivity technologies (eg.
