The Razer Software Ecosystem connects our amazing hardware and innovative software with 3rd party video games and digital platforms on both PC and mobile on a global scale.To take the lead on evolving the Razer Software Ecosystem, you should have strong product management experience, preferably with identity and access management systems. This is a full-time position based in our Singapore office.\nResponsibilities\nOwn and manage the development of features to maintain and expand RazerID cloud access solutions.\n\nDefine and standardize features for Razer Software common functions like single sign-on (SSO), software installation, app ratings systems, and notifications to create a cohesive user experience across our software products on both PC and mobile.\n\nWork closely with business, marketing, and design teams across the company to define innovative feature advancements to drive to business goals.\n\nLead global cross-functional teams in execution of product requirements.\n\nCollaborate with Cloud, AI and Big Data teams to drive features for Ecosystem growth.\n\nEnsure Razer ID meets world class standards and various regional requirements for data compliance and security by working closely with legal and info-security teams.\n\nOutline a common user onboarding/sign-on experience for each software product to use as a guideline for the UI/UX (User Interface/User Experience) team.\n\nEvaluate the gaming software and technology markets to create software roadmaps and competitive analysis.\n\nWork closely with various product groups (Software/Peripherals/Systems) to create hardware/software synergy between all Razer products.\n\nPre-Requisites :\nQualifications\n3-5 years as a product manager or producer on software development projects.\nBachelor's degree in an engineering discipline.\nStrong background and hands-on experience with Single Sign On, Federated SSO, Identity & Access Management, and cloud access solutions.\nBackground in project or product management with direct relevant experience working with cloud-based services.\nExperience using data analytics and customer/community feedback to make actionable recommendations.\nAbility to manage collaboration and communication with other teams, both internal and external.\nTake ownership mentality with a drive to \"get things done\" and be invested in the outcome.\nStrong communication skills, both written and verbal.\nStrong attention to details in the customer experience.\nAbility to lead in high-pressure situations.\nTechnically creative and innovative.\nAble to work well in a global team environment.\nOutstanding ability to research and analyze technical topics.\nAvid gamer - familiar with various genres of games, game-play, and behaviors.\nRazer is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
