You will help build and enhance high-quality mobile applications that deliver seamless experiences for Razer users.You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop reliable, scalable, and user-friendly solutions, while exploring modern technologies and AI-assisted development tools to improve engineering productivity and accelerate innovation.\nWe value strong engineering fundamentals, a problem-solving mindset, and a willingness to learn, experiment, and continuously improve.\nResponsibilities\nDevelop, maintain, and improve Android applications, reusable components, and SDKs. \nBuild prototypes and proof-of-concepts to explore new features, technologies, and product ideas. \nWrite clean, maintainable, efficient, and testable code following software engineering best practices. \n Leverage AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Claude Code) to accelerate development, automate repetitive tasks, prototype solutions, and improve productivity while critically reviewing and validating AI-generated outputs. \nDebug issues, optimize application performance, and support compatibility with new Android OS versions and devices. \nIntegrate APIs, third-party libraries, and hardware connectivity features as required. \nParticipate in code reviews, testing, application releases, and continuous improvement of development workflows. \nCollaborate with cross-functional teams, explore emerging technologies, and maintain clear technical documentation. \nPre-Requisites :\nMandatory Qualifications\nStrong foundation in programming fundamentals, data structures, object-oriented programming, and problem-solving. \nWorking knowledge of Kotlin or Java, with familiarity in Android application development. \nUnderstanding of Android architecture, application lifecycle, UI development, and common Android SDK components. \nFamiliarity with REST APIs, JSON, asynchronous programming, local storage, and basic concurrency concepts. \nExperience with Git-based version control and modern development tools. \nPreferred Qualifications\nWillingness to learn new technologies, troubleshoot independently, and adapt to evolving engineering practices. \nDegree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. \nExperience with modern Android development tools and libraries, such as Jetpack Compose, Coroutines, Flow, and Jetpack components. \nExposure to unit testing, debugging, CI/CD pipelines, Firebase, and Google Play release processes. \nFamiliarity with Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE), Wi-Fi connectivity, or SDK development. \nExposure to AI coding assistants, development automation, or cross-platform technologies such as Flutter or React Native. \nStrong communication and collaboration skills, including the ability to explain technical decisions and seek constructive feedback. \nMindset\nProduct & Customer Focus: Passionate about technology, user experience, and building solutions that deliver real value. \nOwnership & Teamwork: Takes responsibility for work, learns from mistakes, shares knowledge, and welcomes constructive feedback. \nGrowth & Curiosity: Proactively explores new technologies, including AI, and continuously improves technical skills and development practices. \nQuality First: Values clean, tested, reliable code and understands the importance of validating solutions rather than simply making them work. \n\nExperience: Early-career engineers are encouraged to apply.
