It drives SOP improvements, workflow automation, and AI adoption while partnering with eCommerce Sales Specialists on data-driven merchandising to maximize conversion and revenue. The role also oversees product data governance, site enhancements, cross-functional projects, escalations, and digital transformation initiatives.Essential Duties and Responsibilities\no Manage, oversee, and optimize e-commerce operations across 40 countries, ensuring consistency, compliance, and localization excellence.\no Define and improve operational SOPs, workflows, and governance frameworks\no Identify operational gaps and implement scalable process improvements\no Drive automation, personalization, and AI-powered improvements.\no Lead end-to-end product lifecycle management\no Partner with eCommerce Sales Specialist to develop data-driven merchandising strategies to maximize conversion, AOV, and revenue\no Ensure accurate product data, pricing, taxonomy, and content governance\no Drive site-wide improvements, feature enhancements, and digital transformation initiatives\no Manage project timelines, stakeholder alignment, and risk mitigation\no Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for e-commerce operations.\no Oversee escalated customer feedback and operational issues.\no Optimize user journeys and customer satisfaction across markets.\no Stay current with e-commerce best practices, industry trends, and emerging technologies.\no Perform other duties as assigned.\nPre-Requisites :\nRequirements\nBachelor’s Degree in Business, E-Commerce, Marketing, Information Systems, or related field\n1+ years of experience in e-commerce, digital operations, or online merchandising\nExperience managing multi-market or global e-commerce environments\nStrong understanding of website architecture, UX principles, and conversion optimization\nStrong project management and stakeholder management skills\nExperience with CMS and e-commerce platforms (e.g., Salesforce Commerce Cloud, SAP Commerce Cloud, Shopify, Magento) is a plus.\nProficiency in data analysis tools (Google Analytics, Looker, Power BI, etc.)\nBasic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is advantageous\nStrong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills\nRazer is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
