The ideal candidate has a strong eye for UI/UX and visual design, a solid understanding of user experience principles and design systems, and the ability to translate ideas into polished, engaging digital experiences.\nThis role will involve collaborating closely with designers and cross-functional teams to develop UI/UX solutions, icons, graphics, and other visual assets. The ability to leverage both traditional and AI-powered design tools is highly valued.\nKey Responsibilities\nDesign intuitive, engaging, and visually polished UI/UX experiences across digital products and platforms.\nCreate, refine, and optimize icons and visual assets, ensuring consistency, clarity, scalability, and usability.\nDevelop graphic design assets for a variety of digital and marketing applications, using traditional design tools and/or AI-powered tools when appropriate.\nApply and maintain an understanding of design systems, including visual components, typography, color, patterns, and design guidelines.\nParticipate in brainstorming and ideation sessions with other designers to explore creative concepts and develop innovative design solutions.\nCollaborate with designers and cross-functional partners to ensure design concepts are aligned with product goals and brand standards.\nPresent and communicate design concepts clearly, incorporating feedback and iterating toward high-quality final deliverables.\nStay current with emerging design trends, technologies, and AI tools and explore opportunities to improve design workflows and creative output.\nRequired Qualifications\nExperience in UI/UX and visual design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating relevant work.\nStrong understanding of fundamental design principles, including composition, typography, color, hierarchy, and visual consistency.\nExperience designing and optimizing icons and UI graphics.\nStrong understanding of design systems and how to apply them consistently across products and experiences.\nAbility to collaborate effectively with other designers and contribute to creative brainstorming and critique sessions.\nStrong attention to detail and the ability to balance creativity with usability and functional requirements.\nAbility to work independently while also collaborating effectively within a team.\nExperience with industry-standard design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud, or equivalent tools.\nFamiliarity with AI-powered design and creative tools is a plus.\nExperience in any of the following areas is a plus:\nKeynote and PowerPoint for presentations and visual storytelling.\nIllustration and visual artwork.\nAnimation and motion design.\n3D modeling and rendering.\nAI-assisted creative workflows and generative design tools.\nExperience creating visual assets for product launches, marketing campaigns, presentations, or other brand initiatives.\nIdeal Candidate\nThe ideal candidate is a creative problem solver who combines strong visual design skills with an understanding of user experience and product design.
