an experienced Senior Backend Engineer from Ukraine to contribute to the development of an advanced AI infrastructure platform.\n\nThe project focuses on building scalable backend services that enable intelligent AI agents to interact with external systems, execute complex workflows, and perform tasks autonomously.\n\nYou will work on challenging problems at the intersection of distributed computing, cloud infrastructure, and applied artificial intelligence.\n\nAs part of an international engineering team, you will help develop reliable infrastructure supporting multiple AI-powered applications and services.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nDesign, develop, and maintain high-performance backend services using Go.\n\nBuild infrastructure supporting autonomous AI agents and multi-step task execution.\n\nImplement scalable mechanisms for AI model integration, tool orchestration, and asynchronous processing.\n\nDevelop secure and extensible APIs and integrations with external systems.\n\nImprove the reliability, scalability, and performance of distributed services.\n\nDesign solutions for long-running workflows, isolated execution environments, and fault-tolerant processing.\n\nImplement monitoring, logging, and observability solutions.\n\nParticipate in architectural decisions and technical design discussions.\n\nCollaborate with backend, platform, product, and AI engineers.\n\nMaintain engineering standards through automated testing, code reviews, and continuous delivery.\nRequired Qualifications\n\nBackend Engineering\n\nStrong commercial experience developing production-grade backend applications.\n\nAdvanced proficiency in Go (Golang).\n\nSolid understanding of distributed systems, asynchronous processing, and service-oriented architectures.\n\nExperience designing secure, scalable, and fault-tolerant backend solutions.\n\nCloud & DevOps\n\nHands-on experience with AWS and cloud-native application development.\n\nExperience implementing CI/CD pipelines and automated testing.\n\nFamiliarity with production monitoring, observability, and performance optimization.\n\nAI & LLM Integration\n\nPractical experience integrating LLMs or AI-powered functionality into production applications.\n\nUnderstanding of AI agent architectures, model orchestration, and tool-calling mechanisms.\n\nFamiliarity with Model Context Protocol (MCP) and Agent-to-Agent (A2A) architectures.\n\nEngineering Practices\n\nAbility to independently evaluate technical trade-offs and make architectural decisions.\n\nExperience collaborating with cross-functional engineering teams.\n\nStrong problem-solving skills and a pragmatic approach to software delivery.\n\nRegular use of AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code, or similar solutions.\n\nNice to Have\n\nExperience developing autonomous AI agents and multi-step workflows.\n\nKnowledge of event sourcing and event-driven architectures.\n\nPython programming skills.\n\nBackground in AI/ML infrastructure or developer productivity platforms.\n\nExperience working in startups or fast-paced technology environments.\n\nIdeal Candidate\n\nWe are
