This will include export payments, import payments, LRS, and other initiatives.\nRoles and Responsibilities:\nResponsible for generating and qualifying leads in customer segments requiring cross-border payment solutions like e-commerce exporters, service providers, freelancers etc.\nDevelop new lead generation opportunities for direct selling as well as building partner relations\nEffectively pitch and acquire new customers for Razorpay’s cross border payment solutions\nExecute the business development plan; achieve and exceed the targeted sales goals\nCoordinate with multiple teams like banking, marketing and product within the organization for achieving the required goals\nIdentify new verticals for market expansion in the cross-border fintech space\nContribute and work for business development activities like conducting sales events, webinars, classroom sessions\nMandatory Qualifications:\n5-7 years of professional experience in Business Development/Account Management/ Sales Experience preferably within payments industry\nExperience in Payments Industry/Banking/Fintech is a must\nExperience in Cross Border payments Industry in Fintech or Banking is a Plus\nHave excellent interpersonal skills, ability to communicate effectively with external clients as well as internal stakeholders.
