Your main goal is to generate a continuous flow of new equipment listings. Making outbound calls through-out the day in high volumes is how you make sure the sales process never stops. We provide you with all the training and tools you need, including company car, to be successful running your own shop.\nWhat You'll Do\nGenerate new business through outbound prospecting and sales activity\nBuild and maintain strong customer relationships\nMeet customers face-to-face across your territory\nGrow equipment listings and sales opportunities\nManage your pipeline using CRM tools\nAchieve sales targets and drive territory growth\nAttend trade shows and industry events\nHere is what you bring:\nYou don’t mind focusing on volume during your sales process. You know that high input plus discipline equals a constant and high pay-out. Nevertheless, our business requires more than closing a single deal. Strong relationship building skills are essential in this role. It would be great if you had a connection to heavy machinery as this makes it easier to understand your client’s business, but it is not a requirement. You do have:\n4+ years' experience in Account Management, Business Development, Inside Sales, or a similar sales role\nStrong communication and relationship-building skills\nComfortable with outbound calling and prospecting\nExperience using CRM systems\nSelf-motivated, resilient, and target-driven\nFull UK driving licence \nIndustry experience in construction, automotive, transport, machinery, recruitment, media, telecoms, or SaaS is beneficial but not essential.\nWhat We Offer\nWhen you join Ritchie Bros. we want you to be on board for a long time.
