The Accounts Payable department has a central role in the execution of these transactions. The role off the reviewer is to check and correct all invoices and payments.\nConsider this job if you like exciting and challenging work, and if you are interested in elevating your career beyond the ordinary.\nThe Responsibilities\nReview, correct and validate invoices and payments\nLead and support the AP team during the month/quarter/year close\nSupport internal and external audits\nAccurate and timely responses to Payment Reminders and queries\nVerifies signing authority of invoices, purchases orders and expense reports\nAudit and support employee expenses (T&L)\nSupport, guide and train the team members and monitor the bookings according to our accounting structure.Work close to Project team to improve and simplify our processes\nOther general tasks that are related to Accounts Payable\nThe Requirements\nAn MBO accountancy degree.\n+2 years experience in EU related Accounts Payable environment.\nExperience with Oracle.\nDriven and dedicated to quality work.\nWell organized and results oriented.\nA positive attitude with passion for problem solving.\nExcellent communication and leadership skills.\nExcellent time management and team work skills.\nIntermediate/advanced level of Excel, PowerPoint and Copilot\nResidence- and work permit for the Netherlands\nA solid work ethic without sacrificing your sense of humor or your ability to have fun on the job!\nWhat we offer\nInternational & collaborative team -
