The position is responsible for ensuring the branch meets or exceeds its planned profitability, sales and customer service levels. for overall performance and operation of assigned auction branch locations; managing planning process.\nMonitor and maintain current branch/ service center positions.\nCoach, mentor, and develop staff, including overseeing new employee onboarding and providing career development planning and opportunities.\nDevelop and implement new methods of internal procedures to improve efficiencies.\nEnsure that branch/service center meets or exceeds its planned profitability sales and customer service levels.\nSuccessfully market the branch/service center within the approved expense budget.\nLead employees using a performance management and development process that provides an overall context and framework to encourage employee contribution and includes goal setting, feedback, and performance management where required.\nSupport and handle all personnel issues, including hiring and terminating employees.\nDevelop business and branch growth.\nUpdate the area/regional manager regarding the profit and loss operating results of the branch.\nResponsible for the overall safety and security of all branch personnel and company assets.\nProvide oversight and direction to the employees in the operating unit per the organization's policies and procedures.\nConsciously create a workplace culture that is consistent with the overall organization's and that emphasizes the identified mission, vision, guiding principles, and values of the organization\nPerform other duties as assigned\n 3-4 years' experience\nStrong operations background and experience\nExcellent customer relations skills and ability to manage several levels of employees\nGeneral knowledge of various employment laws and practices and employee relations\nExperience or knowledge of insurance, automobile or parts industries and general mechanical knowledge of makes and models of vehicles\nTypical Business office Environment\nWork both indoors and outdoors year-round\nAbility to travel approx. 20% of
