Reporting to the Head of HSEQ, you will play a key role in supporting and coordinating Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality activities across the business.\nWorking closely with operational managers, site teams, and support functions, you'll help ensure compliance with legal, regulatory and contractual requirements while promoting a culture of continuous improvement. This role is ideal for someone with experience in health, safety, environmental or compliance coordination who enjoys building relationships and making a positive impact across the business.\nKey Responsibilities\nMaintain HSEQ training matrix and records, ensuring data is accurate and up to date\nSupport compliance monitoring against health, safety and environmental legislation and contractual requirements\nCoordinate actions arising from audits, inspections, investigations and compliance reviews\nAssist with incident investigations and track corrective actions through to completion\nSupport the development and monitoring of HSEQ objectives and improvement plans\nReview internal and external safety alerts, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement\nPrepare and distribute HSEQ communications, updates and awareness materials\nAssist with risk assessments alongside operational managers and subject matter experts\nSupport the internal audit programme, including scheduling, documentation and follow-up actions\nMaintain waste management records and monitor compliance with environmental processes\nProduce and maintain accurate HSEQ records, reports and performance data\nAbout You\nWe're looking for someone who is:\nExperienced in a Health & Safety, HSEQ, Compliance or similar coordination role\nOrganised, detail-oriented and confident managing multiple priorities\nA strong communicator with the ability to build relationships across all levels of the business\nComfortable analysing information, maintaining records and tracking actions to completion\nPassionate about promoting a positive health, safety and environmental culture\nCommitted to continuous professional development\nSkills & Experience\nPractical experience supporting health, safety, environmental or compliance activities\nExperience coordinating projects, actions and improvement initiatives\nStrong written and verbal communication skills\nAbility to influence and engage stakeholders across different areas of the business\nCompetent in Microsoft Office and maintaining accurate records and reports\nKnowledge & Qualifications\nAwareness of current UK health, safety and environmental legislation\nAbility to recognise when specialist HSEQ advice is required\nIOSH, NEBOSH or a similar HSEQ qualification, or actively working towards one\nWhy Join Us?\nCompetitive salary and benefits package\nOpportunities for professional development and training\nSupportive and collaborative working environment\nA role where you can make a genuine impact on HSEQ performance and continuous improvement across the business\nIf you're passionate about health, safety, environmental and quality standards and are looking for an opportunity to develop your career within a growing business, we'd love to hear from you.
