conferences in the capacity of planning, coordinating and facilitating.\nCoaches and trains sales representatives and sales leaders in a one-to-one or group setting on how to evaluate and deal with unique training scenarios or skill development requirements.\nWorks directly with business stakeholders in the development of training solutions to drive sales team skills and productivity.\nTraining Program & Content Evaluation & Development.\nCollaborate with content development and design team.\nDesign, assess and update training programs.\nEnsure training programs reflect current business practices and policies.\nEnhance or create training materials and tools as required.\nTraining & Development Needs Assessment.\nConsults with stakeholders to understand strategic and tactical business objectives and identifies development needs and priorities.\nConducts needs analysis and recommends appropriate development solutions with supporting cost benefit analysis.\nTraining Program Administration.\nCoordinate with internal partners to ensure training program logistics support the business.\nMaintains communication links at all levels regarding training endeavors.\nFlexible and willing to perform other tasks as assigned.\n 3-5 years of experience in sales training, with a proven ability to develop and deliver effective training programs.\n1-2 years experience professional facilitation.\n1-2 years experience in a sales role or organization Professional office work environment.\nAbility to read learning participants and adapt to meet needs.\nAbility to partner with field leadership when presented with potential performance gaps within programs.\nAbility to recommend development and coaching strategies.\nExperience with learning related software (screen capture, recording, elearning authoring tools,etc.) an asset.\nA strong work ethic with the ability to effectively multi-task and meet deadlines.\nProven track record of professionalism in the
