The STPM coordinate with Product Managers, Engineering Leaders (both people and technical leads), and enterprise stakeholders as necessary to understand the scope of deliverables, understand and manage risk and delivery obstacles, with the goal of helping to assure smooth delivery of program objectives and assist leadership in holding teams and leaders accountable for delivery.
