Responsible for all development practices for the web and services (integration) platform. Lead the implementation of the full stack web experience. Work closely with UX/UI department in leading the technical vision for our products. Collaborate with designers, product managers, and developers to deliver compelling and efficient tools/products. Identify\nDesign/Manage implementation of overall product and service integration architecture.\nPrioritize/Manage development effort required in order to fulfill product feature requests in a timely manner.\nDefine/Design architecture/solutions, working with enterprise architects and the Manager, Software Engineering in order to create scalable/robust web applications.\nCreate technical specifications and test plans.\nConsistently write, translate, and code automation scripts to test, maintain, and monitor solutions.\nWork with the DevOps to transition software into a production environment.\n**Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned in support of organizational priorities.\nQualifications\nMinimum of 7 years of enterprise web development experience, 3 years’ experience leading teams of software developers.\nStrong understanding of enterprise technology stack\nDemonstrated ability to apply technology solutions to business problems\nStrong in-depth experience in SQL performance tuning\nHands on experience with all layers of the development stack, including Java EE backend and Angular frontend.\nAbility to articulate and explain technical
