You’ll analyze and reconcile tax data, support filings and audits, and work directly with tax authorities and business partners to resolve issues. It’s a great fit for a tax or accounting professional who enjoys detail-oriented work and wants broad, hands-on exposure to indirect and property tax.\n Tax Compliance & Reporting\nPrepare, validate, and reconcile reports, schedules, and workpapers supporting sales and use and auction tax returns, including buyer sales tax refunds. Support other indirect tax filings, including but not limited to real estate tax, personal property tax or similar taxes.\nSupport Form 8300 filings and personal property and real estate tax compliance, including payments and documentation.\nPrepare well-organized documentation for internal and external audits in line with internal controls.\nJurisdiction & Business Partnership\nResearch and respond to tax notices and jurisdictional inquiries; contact state and local authorities to resolve account issues, confirm filing and payment status, and close open items.
