Additionally, the Production Supervisor collaborates with quality assurance and engineering teams to resolve issues, supports the Lean Flex Flow Process, and actively participates in quarterly supervisor meetings to drive continuous improvement within the production environment.\nKey Responsibilities:\nDaily Operations Oversight\nOversee daily manufacturing operations to ensure smooth and efficient production processes. \nEnsure adherence to safety protocols and quality standards.\nEmployee Performance Monitoring\nMonitor employee performance and provide regular feedback. \nConduct annual performance reviews and implement corrective actions as needed.\nSafety & Compliance \nAddress safety infractions promptly and ensure a safe working environment. \nEnsure accurate timekeeping entries in Kronos for all team members.\nRequired Qualifications:\nHigh school diploma, along with at least two years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment required. \nPreferred qualifications include an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business or a technical field and five years of supervisory experience. \nStrong interpersonal and communication skills, organizational abilities, and proficiency in data manipulation using M.S. Office applications are also essential for success in this position. \nCandidates should also have a solid understanding of manufacturing processes, quality control standards, and safety regulations. \nStrong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills are vital for success in this role. \nOutlook, Excel, PowerPoint proficiency. \nCandidates should have a good understanding of company policies/handbook and be able to consistently administer them.\nPhysical Requirements:\nExtended periods of sitting at a workstation. \nSpeaking in person and over the telephone or Teams online and the ability to hear, comprehend, and document detailed information from others. \nAbility to type, reach and grasp. \nIntermittent standing and walking within the plant environment. \nAbility to communicate verbally and in writing for extended periods over the phone and in person. \nAbility to work in manufacturing sites, including foundries, steel mills, machine shops, forging shops,
