We currently have 60 facilities, of which 43 are manufacturing facilities in ten countries and our market capitalization is approximately $14.5 billion.\nJOB TITLE/LOCATION:\nAssembler - Mark & Pack - Santa Ana, CA\nEssential Functions of the Job:\nOperate marking equipment including electro-etching units, laser engravers, dot peening units, and ink stampers to label parts accurately.\nInspect parts for correct identification and quality standards before and after marking.\nPerform wrapping, boxing, and labeling of parts according to packaging specifications and customer requirements.\nMaintain cleanliness and organization of workstations and equipment.\nFollow safety protocols and production procedures to ensure a safe and efficient work environment.\nRecord job completion details and report any defects or equipment issues to supervisors.\nThe preceding functions have been provided as examples of the types of work performed by employees assigned to this job function. Management reserves the right to add, modify, change or rescind the work assignments of different positions and to make reasonable accommodations so that qualified employees can perform the essential functions of the job.\nEducation:\nHigh school diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required.\nExperience:\n1-3 months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.\n\nKnowledge/Skills/Abilities:\nProficiency in operating marking equipment and tools\nStrong attention to detail for accurate labeling and defect detection\nEffective manual dexterity for wrapping and boxing parts efficiently\nBasic computer skills for logging work or referencing job instructions\nGood time management to meet production deadlines\nAbility to follow written and verbal instructions precisely\nCapability to lift and handle parts of varying sizes and weights up to 25lbs\nAbility to work independently or as part of a team\nCapacity to maintain focus during repetitive tasks\nWillingness to adapt to changing production needs\nPhysical & Environmental Factors:\nPhysical Requirements: Standing for extended periods, repetitive hand and arm movements, lifting and carrying up to 25lbs, and manual dexterity for handling small components and operating marking equipment.\nEnvironmental Conditions: Exposure to industrial noise, working around marking chemicals (e.g., ink, etching solutions) with proper PPE, and temperature variations. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision.\nThis role is subject to compliance with the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and the Export Administration Regulations (EAR), which requires the incumbent to be either a U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident [“green card” holders] or have refugee or asylee status.\n**Please note that the salary range information is only applicable for California.
