The Client Intelligence team is part of the Business Resource Management division which supports all global businesses within Capital Markets including Global Markets Sales & Trading, Corporate Banking & Investment Banking.\nThe CI team is responsible for ensuring accurate client revenue reporting and leverages internal data (revenue, resource utilization, CRM interactions) and external data (competitor benchmarking, client provided scorecards and feedback) to deliver analytical business insights. The data and analytics provided by the CI team empowers the business to make more informed decisions on its clients and supports its formulation of sales and client strategies.\nWorking Hours : 8.00PM -5.00AM (North America Time Zone)\nWhat will you do?\nEnsure client hierarchy data integrity by identifying and remediating issues that impact revenue reporting. Leverage CRM platforms such as Salesforce to manage client records, account hierarchies, and entity mappings. Analyze and cleanse datasets to produce actionable insights that inform client strategy and business decisions. Establish and maintain data quality controls and process governance frameworks to ensure consistency and accountability across remediation workflows.\nWhat do you need to succeed?\nMust-Have:\nMinimum 2 years of professional experience in client data management, trade reconciliations, reporting, or business systems analysis\nStrong understanding of client hierarchies and their application in financial systems\nDemonstrable experience working within CRM platforms such as Salesforce, specifically in managing client records, account hierarchies, and entity mappings\nStrong analytical skills with the ability to leverage cleaned datasets to produce actionable insights that inform client strategy and business decisions\nExperience establishing and maintaining data quality controls, process governance frameworks, and standard operating procedures to ensure consistency and accountability across remediation workflows\nCollaborative mindset with ability to work in fast-paced, agile environments\nAmbitious and driven; committed to continuous improvement and innovation\nPassion for data with strong attention to detail with proven ability to identify data inconsistencies and drive to remediate issues\nStrong written and verbal communication skills; ability to translate technical concepts for business audiences\nStrong critical thinking and investigative skills; ability to trace root causes, challenge assumptions, and solve complex data problems with rigor and curiosity\nHands-on experience with data analysis, cleansing, aggregation, workflow automation\nAdvanced Excel skills including pivot tables, formulas, charting, and data manipulation\nData modelling experience including logical and physical models that represent hierarchical relationships and translate business requirements into data structures\nBachelor's degree or higher\nNice-to-Have:\nFamiliarity with data governance frameworks or metadata management tools\nAwareness of corporate actions and their impact on client hierarchies\nSQL proficiency including query optimization, complex joins, subqueries, and performance tuning across multiple database platforms\nPractical experience with Python for data analysis and wrangling; ability to write clean, maintainable code\nKnowledge of relational databases and data governance best practices\nExposure to enterprise data warehouse environments\nExperience working with data architects\nBackground in client data management or master data management (MDM) systems\nWhat’s in it for you?\nWe thrive on the challenge to be our best, progressive thinking to keep growing, and working together to deliver trusted advice to help our clients thrive and communities prosper.
