You will lead efforts to enhance developer productivity, optimize build pipelines, and foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement across the application development lifecycle.\n What will you do?\nLead the design and development of key features for the enterprise DevOps (CI/CD) pipeline\nConsult with partner systems to develop integration strategies revolving around DevOps best practices\nConsult with Enterprise Architecture and Governance teams to review solution designs to ensure best practices are adhered to\nEnable AI Capabilities to increase Developer Productivity\nWork with product owners and key stakeholders to develop high value features that benefit the RBC Developer community\nMaintain the CI/CD pipeline: security and vulnerability management, capacity management, deployment and scaling strategies, performance and uptime, infrastructure hygiene\nProvide estimates on feature delivery, identify and determine delivery risks on key identify, and contribute to quarterly product road map planning\nLead the developer community SIG discussions and bring in key features to the backlog\nProvide L3 Support on a rotational basis both on and off hours as on-call escalation contact\nReview contributions from the Developer community and approve PRs\nWhat do you need to Succeed?\nMust-Have\nMinimum 5 years developer experience\nDeep understanding of DevOps Principles and best practices for CI/CD, including designing at an Enterprise scale\nExperience with DevOps tools, platforms, and interfaces: Github, Github Actions, JFrog Artifactory, HashiCorp Vault, Ansible\nProficient with Typescript, Java, Python, YAML, NPM, Maven, Gradle, Docker\nExperience with deploying to cloud platforms: OCP, Azure, AWS\nNice-to-Have\nExperience with Quality Engineering Automation Tools\nExperience with Application Security Tools for SAST, SCA, Container Image Scanning Tools\nDevelopment and support of applications hosted on Cloud platforms\nExperience with Networking concepts\nExperience with SecOps\nWhat’s in it for you?\nWe thrive on the challenge to be our best, progressive thinking to keep growing, and working together to deliver trusted advice to help our clients thrive and communities prosper.
