You will work closely with business stakeholders, product owners, and engineering teams to deliver scalable and compliant solutions that streamline loan origination, underwriting, and servicing processes.\nWHAT WILL YOU DO?\nPlatform Development & Customization\nDesign, develop, and deploy solutions on the nCino Bank Operating System built on Salesforce\nCustomize and configure Salesforce and nCino components, including workflows, objects, and UI elements\nDevelop Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and integrations to support business requirements\nImplement and enhance loan origination and servicing workflows within nCino\nRequirements Analysis & Design\nCollaborate with business analysts to translate requirements into technical solutions\nLead development of high-impact enterprise projects by working closely with product owners during requirement definition and platform capability mapping\nTake ownership of key initiatives by collaborating with analysts, project managers, and integration partners to resolve issues affecting Salesforce sprint deliverables\nIntegration & APIs\nIntegrate nCino with internal banking systems and third-party platforms\nSupport integration with enterprise platforms using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware\nEnsure seamless data exchange across systems\nQuality Assurance & Testing\nPerform unit testing, debugging, and performance optimization for Salesforce code\nParticipate in code reviews, testing, and release management using CI/CD tools (e.g., Copado)\nTroubleshoot production issues and provide ongoing support and enhancements\nParticipate in production support to quickly communicate and resolve critical issues\nCompliance & Security\nEnsure solutions meet regulatory, security, and compliance requirements\nMaintain documentation and adhere to development and security standards\nMigrate objects between environments per the established Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC)\nAgile Collaboration\nParticipate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives\nWork effectively with cross-functional teams to meet sprint deliverables and project goals\nContinuous Improvement\nProactively research and present recommendations regarding new features and functionality from nCino releases\nStay current with platform updates and best practices\nWHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED?\nMUST HAVE\nBachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field\n3-6 years of experience in Salesforce development\nHands-on experience with nCino platform development and configuration\nStrong experience with Apex, SOQL, and Lightning Web Components (LWC)\nDemonstrated proficiency with Salesforce integrations (REST/SOAP APIs)\nUnderstanding of commercial lending processes (loan origination, underwriting, servicing)\nExperience working in Agile/Scrum environments\nUnderstanding of CI/CD practices for Salesforce development\nStrong debugging and problem-solving skills\nAbility to handle multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously\nNICE TO HAVE:\nSalesforce certifications (Platform Developer I/II)\nFamiliarity with Copado or Autorabit deployment pipelines\nExperience with AI development tools (e.g., Agent force, GitHub Copilot)\nWhat’s in it for you?\nWe thrive on the challenge to be our best, progressive thinking to keep growing, and working together to deliver trusted advice to help our clients thrive and communities prosper.
