You will collaborate with development, operations, and quality assurance teams on projects, upgrades and resolve technical issues while adhering to security compliance and following best practices. In addition, you will collaborate with upstream/downstream system consumers and services providers, 3rd party vendor partners, and operation partners.\nWhat will you do?\nProvide day to day support for Wealth Management Data applications platforms including Linux, Windows and Cloud (public & private)\n\nTake ownership of security patches and updates for operating systems and applications to ensure DMI platforms meet RBC security and compliance standards.\n\nPerform upgrades to the operating system and middle-tier applications to ensure regulatory compliance and mitigate risks.\n\nStrong problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve errors and issues reported by users.\n\nSetup monitoring and alerts for the Data platforms to ensure stability and resiliency.\n\nLeads Platform initiatives from end to end to ensure initiative will be completed successfully.\n\nCreate, maintain, and update knowledge base documentation for the supported systems. This includes documenting troubleshooting steps, and best practices for issue resolution. Explore opportunities to leverage automation tools and technologies to enhance support capabilities.\n\nActively participate in projects related to technology upgrades, system integrations, and process enhancements. Perform other duties as assigned by management, contributing to the overall success of the WMTS- Data Platform Infrastructure Team and the organization.\n\nWhat do you need to succeed?\nMust-have:\nAdvanced knowledge and hands-on experience with OpenShift, Linux or Windows environments.\n\nPublic and Private cloud knowledge, skills and experiences with Azure, AWS & S3.\n\nExcellent interpersonal and highly developed communication skills (verbal and written)\n\nCreative and analytical thinker who is self-driven and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.\n\nStrong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
